Can my area rugs be cleaned in place? I don’t want to send them out if I don’t have to.

We will almost always recommend that you send your rugs in to our rug care center for cleaning. Only in this setting do we have full access to the specialized rug washing and drying equipment necessary to thoroughly, safely, and successfully clean your rugs.

In rare cases where large, heavy furniture (like a pool table, grand piano, or marble and glass dining table) cannot be moved, or if the rug is a bound carpet remnant, we may recommend that your rug be surface cleaned at home. 

If you are experiencing any pet damage or odor issues, send your rug in for full submersion washing. A surface cleaning won’t fix the problem.
