We use purified, filtered water and cleaning solutions custom designed for use on wool and other specialty fibers like silk. No hard water or harsh chemicals to damage fibers or dyes.
Once your rugs are washed, we rinse them until the water runs clear. In doing this, we significantly reduce the risk of sticky detergent residues being left behind.
We do not use huge wash tubs that co-mingle dirty rugs. Each rug is washed and detailed by hand – one at a time – eliminating any chance of cross-contamination.
